Paul Randall Associates was set up in 1999 and Paul Randall FRICS has over 30 years experience as a Surveyor including 10 years as the Property Manager of a retail cooperative and a UK discount retailer.

As both Surveyors and Utility Analysts we can advise on property requirements of your business and in particular review the costs associated with building occupation.

We offer comprehensive professional property advice service aiming to improve your profitability, viability and sustainability by reducing cost without interfering with the normal daily conduct of business.

In the first 10 years we have set up and managed many cost saving initiatives for multiple retail operations including contracts for reactive property repairs, fixed wire testing, portable appliance testing, sprinkler maintenance, fire extinguisher maintenance and resolved many dilapidation issues throughout the UK.

Paul graduated in 1974, was a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors from 1976 to 2012 and became a Fellow of the RICS in 1990.
